Surf lessons are mainly done at Kahalu'u Beach Park on the KONA Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii, just south of the 4 1/2 mile marker on Alii Dr. (Kona's beach road) KAHALU'U (KAH-HAH-LOO-OO) is also a great spot for snorkeling because the water is warm, clean, clear, and abundant with tropical fish and turtles.
